SAB Product News

RockPro - The RockPro firesafe sandwich panels with mineral wool of SAB-profiel have changed from class B to class A2 (Euro-Fireclassification according to NEN-EN 13501-1)through a improved glue. With this unique classification this wall sandwich panel has the highest possible protection against fire.Furthermore we want to improve productionplanning, therefore we no longer produce the RockPro WF 180.1150, RockPro WF 200.1150, RockPro WBF 180.1000 and RockPro WBF 200.1000.  

Sandwich panel SAB W 100.1150 - On request we have changed the sandwich wall panel SAB W 100.1150 with PU-foam. The joint of the SAB W 100.1150 will be changed per November 1st from paper to compression tape. The sealing tape will be the same as the SAB W 40, W 60 and W 80 wall panels. Sealing on the construction site is no longer necessary for air tightness.

SAB Project - Coil terminal Riga

During the last months SAB-profiel has delivered profiles for a special project in Latvia. It is a coil terminal for which SAB-profiel provides more than 40.000 m² warm roof profiles. In this project the contractor had choosen for a SAB 89R/915 in 0,75 mm thickness with Colorcoat Prisma^® in striking and special colours RAL 5021 and RAL 7040. Because of the position of the building complex near the Baltic See Colorcoat Prisma has been choosen for durable reasons and the optimal corrosion protection. 

Customer Satisfaction

We have finalised the customer satisfaction survey for SAB-profiel and would like to thank all participating customers for their cooperation. The results show that the average satisfaction for all our customers outside the Benelux can be translated to a score of 7.5. Although this is quite a good performance, we would not rest before the score is above an 8. The survey has highlighted some important area's where we obviously perform very good. These area's are the reliability of delivering at the agreed time and product quality, with an emphasize on single sheets and liner trays. Of course we also gained insight in subjects to improve. We will pick up the main issues in the months to come. Warm Roof Cladding: SAB 106R+/750

The first SAB 106R+/750 profiles have been succesfully produced. The new SAB 106R+/750 will be available in gauges of 0.70 mm up to 1.50 mm. The maximum length of the profiles is 24 metres. The product is available in steel, with or without condensation inhibiting foil or perforation. The optimization has resulted in a stronger and stiffer profile. Review SAB 35 years

Our celebratory day for 35 years SAB-profiel in the Netherlands on Friday the 26th of September 2008 has been a great success. The sailing trip with classic sailing vessels at the IJsselmeer and the well-cared barbecue party were perfect and off course thanks to the ideal weather on that day. The participation of many customers from the Netherlands and abroad did make this day unforgettable. We look back at a successful day, which has strengthen our customer relations with you all.
